We offer the Groups & Incentives Market high quality service in all four of our standard adventure expeditions (Jungle Crossing, Maya Zip-Line, Maya Encounter, Tulum - Maya Zip-Line).
Our focus on quality, safety and service, added to the flexibility of a customer-oriented organization, allows us to use different combinations of these adventure expeditions to create a whole range of exclusive products to fit our business clients' needs for groups of 10 or more persons.

3. Reservations Systems
All reservations for groups of more than 10 people are subject to availability and capacity of the expedition requested.

4. Policies on Changes and Cancellations
The Groups Department must receive any change or cancellation directly, via fax or e-mail within the established time limits to avoid paying a penalty.
Total Cancellations: Alltournative must receive requests for total cancellation five days before the expedition.
Reduction of Block: Any reduction in blocked capacity must be received by e-mail 48 hours before the expedition.
Increase in Number of Passengers: Any request for increase in blocked space once the guarantee has been set will be subject to availability and group capacity.
5. Food & Beverages
Fixed menus included in the price of the expedition are based on: Vegetable soup, two choices of chicken, rice, beans, spaghetti, hand-made tortillas and fruit punch (hibiscus flower and tamarind).
6. Special Requests
An additional charge will be made for Groups with special requirements outside the parameters of the generic tour. The Groups Department will quote special requests at the time they are made.

8. Additional Services
We have the services of a professional photographer who joins the group and accompanies them at all times to take shots of the most memorable moments.
